On behalf of the Indianapolis Education Association, I, Ronald S. Swann, I welcome you on being a teacher in IPS where you can make a difference in the lives of students every day. IEA is composed of dedicated educators who advocate for students, the teaching profession, our classrooms, and schools, and our IPS community.,
